    1. Return Period

    Returns or replacements are accepted within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
    After this period, returns cannot be processed.

    2. Valid Reasons for Return

    A return or refund may be requested only if:

    • the product has a manufacturing defect;
    • the product was damaged during delivery;
    • the product does not match the description.

    Returns for “change of mind” or customer mistakes are not accepted.

    3. Required Evidence

    To process your claim, please provide:

    • clear photos or videos of the product and packaging;
    • a brief description of the issue;
    • your order number and purchase date.

    2. Include your order number, issue description, and photo/video evidence.
    3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
    4. Do not ship items without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused.

    5. Product Condition

    Returns are accepted only if:

    • the item is unused and undamaged by the customer;
    • original packaging is intact (if applicable).

    6. Refund Process

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
    • Processing time: up to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage.

    7. Return Shipping Costs

    If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs are covered by us.
    If not confirmed, the buyer bears the return cost.

    8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

    If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, contact us.
    Once verified as lost, we will resend or refund your order.
